Website Maintenance
Updates, backups, bug fixes, and ongoing support — so you don't find out your site was on its own right when something breaks.
What's included
Your site, in good hands
A website isn't a project, it's an operation: without updates it slows down, becomes vulnerable, and goes down at the worst possible moment.
Updates
CMS, plugins, and PHP versions kept current — tested, not just a blindly pressed update button.
Backups
Regular, restorable backups — so a failure or attack can be rolled back without losing data.
Security & monitoring
Baseline hardening, uptime monitoring, and alerts — if the site goes down, I know before your customers do.
Bug fixes
A collapsing layout, a vanished form, a strange error — I find the cause and fix it, not just cover it up.
Content updates
A new section, a price-list change, a seasonal banner — the small content jobs are covered too.
Speed checks
Regular Core Web Vitals measurements — if the site starts slowing down, you learn it in time, not from lost rankings.

FAQ
Common questions
Monthly retainer or per-job maintenance?
Both work. On a retainer, updates, backups, and monitoring run continuously and you get priority on bug fixes. Per-job means you pay when something's actually needed — often enough for rarely-changing sites.
How fast do you respond if my site goes down?
Usually within 24 hours; for critical issues — a site that's down or hacked — much faster. Retainer clients get priority on urgent fixes.
Do you take on sites you didn't build?
Yes. Step one is assessing the site's state — code, hosting, updates, backups — and then I quote. If the site needs a bigger overhaul, there's website renovation.
If the answer is "nobody", let's talk — I'll assess its state and suggest a setup that fits.
